The ZW Type Horizontal Non-Clogging Self-Priming Pump delivers both self-priming capability and non-clogging fluid handling in a single machine β ideal for mobile or portable pumping of sewage, slurry, industrial wastewater, and other contaminated liquids from above-ground installations.
The non-clogging impeller (vortex or channel type) handles solids up to 75 mm diameter, fibrous materials, and rags without blockage. The integrated gas-liquid separation chamber provides self-priming from suction lifts up to 5 m, allowing the pump to be installed on the surface without the need for foot valves or priming equipment.
Widely used on construction sites, municipal emergency pumping, agricultural irrigation, and industrial wastewater transfer where the installation point is above the liquid surface.
