G45 Force-Feeding Single Screw Pump

The G45 Force-Feeding Single Screw Pump is a progressive cavity (Moineau) pump equipped with a force-feeding hopper device that actively pushes viscous, paste-like, or high-solids material into the pump inlet — preventing the bridging and starving common with difficult media.

The force-feeding mechanism uses a counter-rotating auger or paddles inside the hopper to maintain a positive feed to the pump suction, enabling reliable handling of media up to 1,000,000 cP viscosity that would be otherwise impossible to pump.

Applications include sludge dewatering, thick slurry transfer, food paste processing (tomato paste, starch), polymer gel injection, and chemical additive dosing.
