ZA Petrochemical Pump
The ZA Petrochemical Pump is designed and manufactured to API 610 11th Edition (OH2 type β overhung, horizontal, end-suction) for demanding refinery, petrochemical, and chemical plant service. API 610 compliance ensures compatibility with industry-standard requirements for reliability, safety, and maintainability at high temperatures and pressures.
The back-pull-out design allows complete rotor assembly removal without disturbing the pump casing or attached piping. Replaceable wear rings, balanced impeller, and API-standard mechanical seals (API 682 Plan 11/12/23/32) minimize maintenance costs and maximize run time between overhauls.
Available in carbon steel, SS316, Duplex SS, Hastelloy C-276, and other alloys for hydrocarbon, chemical, and high-temperature process service up to 400Β°C.
