UHB-ZK Anti-Corrosion Wear-Resistant Mortar Pump
The UHB-ZK Anti-Corrosion and Wear-Resistant Mortar Pump is constructed from ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene (UHMWPE) and reinforced polypropylene β materials with exceptional combined corrosion and wear resistance. This makes the pump ideal for transferring corrosive mortar, abrasive slurry, acid slurry, and chemical filter press feed applications.
The UHMWPE impeller and casing provide 6β8 times greater abrasion resistance than carbon steel while being completely immune to common acids, alkalis, and organic solvents. Unlike rubber-lined pumps, UHMWPE maintains its properties from -40Β°C to +80Β°C without swelling or delamination.
Applications include chlorine gas scrubbing, flue gas desulfurization (FGD) slurry, rare earth processing, phosphate slurry, and electroplating wastewater.
