The Stainless Steel Dosing Screw Pump (progressive cavity metering pump) delivers highly accurate, repeatable flow rates for precise chemical dosing, polymer addition, coagulant injection, and reagent metering applications. The all-stainless steel (SS316L) construction eliminates corrosion in contact with the dosed chemical.
The flow rate is directly proportional to motor speed, allowing simple and accurate control via variable speed motor or VFD. Turndown ratio of 10:1 provides wide dosing range without pulsation. Optional pulse counter output enables integration with flow measurement for ratio dosing.
Applications include water treatment chemical dosing, food additive injection, pharmaceutical ingredient metering, and wastewater treatment polymer dosing.
