MD Wear-Resistant Multistage Pump for Mining
MD Wear-Resistant Multistage Pump for Mining
The MD Wear-Resistant Multi-Stage Centrifugal Pump for Mining is specifically designed for mine dewatering applications where the pumped water contains suspended abrasive particles such as coal dust, mineral fines, and sand. The wear-resistant impeller and casing materials dramatically extend service intervals in these demanding conditions.
The horizontal segmental ring construction allows field addition or removal of stages to match the changing depth of the mine workings. All wear-prone impellers, wear rings, and stage liners can be replaced individually without scrapping the entire pump assembly.
Available with high-chromium alloy (27% Cr) or rubber-lined impellers and casings for optimal resistance in acidic mine water with high solids content.
