G Type Single Screw Pump
The G Type Single Screw Pump (progressive cavity pump) uses a helical rotor rotating eccentrically within an elastomer stator to create progressing sealed cavities that transport fluid gently and without pulsation. This pumping action is ideal for shear-sensitive, viscous, and abrasive media that would be damaged or that would rapidly wear conventional centrifugal pumps.
The G type series covers the widest range of sizes in the product line, from small metering pumps (0.1 L/min) to large industrial transfer pumps (200 mΒ³/h). The pump is self-priming, handles dry running for short periods with protective rotor/stator contact detection, and produces low to medium pulsation.
Common applications: crude oil transfer, sludge dewatering, grease and paste dosing, paper pulp, and polymer solution handling.
