FZB Fluoroplastic Self-Priming Pump
The FZB Fluoroplastic Self-Priming Pump combines the convenience of self-priming operation with the unmatched chemical resistance of fluoroplastic construction (PTFE or PVDF) for handling the most aggressive acids, alkalis, and organic solvents.
The self-priming design incorporates a gas-liquid separation chamber above the impeller that retains a prime charge, enabling the pump to evacuate air from the suction line and self-prime within 2β3 minutes β without external priming equipment. This makes the pump suitable for above-tank installations, tank draining, and mobile chemical transfer applications.
Applications include concentrated sulfuric acid (up to 98%), hydrochloric acid, nitric acid, sodium hydroxide, chlorinated solvents, and other aggressive media requiring zero metallic contamination.
