CY Series Gear Oil Pump
The CY Series Gear Oil Pump uses the external gear pump principle β two meshing gear wheels rotate in opposite directions, creating expanding and contracting chambers that displace fluid with high volumetric accuracy. The positive displacement nature makes gear pumps ideal for metering, dosing, and high-viscosity fluid transfer.
CY series pumps handle lubricating oils, fuel oils (diesel, heavy fuel oil, bunker fuel), hydraulic fluids, and food-grade oils. The close-tolerance gears achieve low pulsation and consistent flow rate across a wide viscosity range (1β10,000 cSt).
Available in cast iron, ductile iron, and stainless steel versions. Safety relief valves, pressure gauges, and heating jackets are available as accessories for heavy fuel oil applications.
