CQB-G High Temperature Magnetic Drive Pump
The CQB-G High Temperature Magnetic Drive Pump is an enhanced magnetic drive centrifugal pump designed for service temperatures up to +350Β°C β covering applications where standard magnetic drive pumps (typically limited to +120Β°C) cannot be used. High-temperature applications include hot thermal oil circulation, hot caustic, hot sulfuric acid, and high-temperature organic chemical transfer.
The pump uses a high-temperature-rated containment shell (Hastelloy or SS316 with ceramic insulation) and high-temperature magnets (SmCo or AlNiCo) that maintain magnetic coupling at elevated temperatures. All elastomers are replaced with graphite ring seals rated for the operating temperature.
Zero leakage operation eliminates fire risk from high-temperature flammable liquid leaks β a critical safety advantage in refinery and chemical plant hot service.
