CQB-D Stainless Steel Magnetic Drive Pump
The CQB-D Stainless Steel Magnetic Drive Pump is constructed entirely from SS316L with electropolished wetted surfaces, combining the zero-leakage benefit of magnetic drive technology with the hygiene and corrosion resistance of high-grade stainless steel. This combination makes it ideal for pharmaceutical (cGMP), food and beverage, and high-purity chemical applications.
The magnetic coupling drive eliminates the mechanical shaft seal β the primary source of contamination risk in conventional stainless steel pumps. The smooth electropolished interior surfaces minimize biofilm adhesion and facilitate CIP (Clean-In-Place) and SIP (Sterilize-In-Place) procedures.
Compliant with FDA 21 CFR and EU 1935/2004 for food contact materials. Available with EHEDG and 3-A Sanitary certification for dairy and hygienic process applications.
