CPN Non-Clogging Chemical Alkali Pump
The CPN Non-Clogging Chemical Alkali Pump is specifically designed for concentrated alkaline solutions, caustic soda (NaOH), potassium hydroxide (KOH), sodium carbonate, and other strongly alkaline media that cause stress corrosion cracking in standard stainless steel pumps.
The pump uses nickel-alloy, duplex stainless steel, or PVDF wetted parts selected for maximum alkali resistance. The non-clogging impeller design accommodates crystals, precipitates, and solids that often form in alkaline process streams. The extra-large stuffing box or cartridge mechanical seal accommodates thermal expansion without seal leakage.
Used in chlor-alkali plants, textile scouring, pulp and paper caustic recovery, soap manufacturing, and industrial cleaning chemical production.
