Corrosion-Resistant Metal Magnetic Drive Pump
The Corrosion-Resistant Metal Magnetic Pump with Coupling uses metallic pump casing and containment shell construction (Hastelloy C-276, Titanium, or SS316L) for high-pressure applications where thermoplastic-cased magnetic pumps cannot withstand the mechanical loads. This extends sealless, leak-free operation to pressures up to 40 bar and temperatures up to 200Β°C.
The external magnetic coupling design (as opposed to canned motor) separates the pump from the motor with an air gap, allowing use of standard motors and simplified maintenance. The metallic containment shell handles eddy current heating at high magnetic field strengths while providing full mechanical integrity at pressure.
Suitable for high-pressure hydrocarbon service, high-pressure acid injection, compressed gas liquids, and other demanding chemical process services.
