BA Type Non-Clogging Pulp Pump

The BA Type Non-Clogging Pulp Pump is designed with a large-passage impeller specifically engineered to handle paper pulp, fiber-laden slurries, sewage with rags and solids, and other media prone to clogging conventional pumps. The single-channel or multi-channel open impeller provides clear-through passages with no blind pockets where fibers can accumulate.

The pump casing features an inspection/cleanout port for quick access if blockage occurs. The impeller leading edge is hardened and profiled to cut through fiber bundles rather than wrap them. All wetted parts in contact with abrasive media can be supplied in wear-resistant alloys or rubber-lined.

Used extensively in pulp and paper mills, municipal sewage pumping stations, food processing wastewater, and industrial effluent handling.
