Oil-Injected Screw Air Compressor (Direct Drive)
Oil-Injected Screw Air Compressor (Direct Drive)
The Direct-Driven Oil-Injected Screw Air Compressor couples the motor directly to the airend through a flexible coupling or gear transmission, eliminating belt slip, wear, and adjustment. This results in higher transmission efficiency (up to 3% gain vs. belt drive) and elimination of the most common maintenance task.
Direct drive is the preferred configuration for medium and high power ranges where the efficiency gain and reduced maintenance downtime justify the design. The rigid mechanical connection also provides better torsional stability at high power levels.
Integrated control with automatic sequencing, condition monitoring (oil temperature, differential pressure alerts, air filter monitoring), and remote connectivity via digital I/O, Modbus, or Ethernet.
