Oil-Injected Screw Air Compressor (Belt Drive)
Oil-Injected Screw Air Compressor (Belt Drive)
The Belt-Driven Oil-Injected Screw Air Compressor is an economical and proven solution for general industrial compressed air supply. The V-belt drive transmission allows the airend to operate at its optimal speed independently from the motor speed, enabling use of standard induction motors and straightforward speed adjustment.
Belt drive also provides a mechanical disconnect that protects the airend from motor torque spikes and simplifies motor replacement. Oil injection into the compression chamber provides sealing, cooling, and lubrication simultaneously, resulting in reliable, low-temperature discharge and extended component life.
Suitable for general manufacturing, metalworking, woodworking, automotive repair shops, and construction sites.
