MV Series Vibration Motor

The MV Series Vibration Motor is a high-performance electric motor with eccentric weight assemblies that generate controlled vibration forces for industrial screening, conveying, compaction, and feeding applications. The motor integrates the vibration exciter directly onto the motor shaft, eliminating the need for external coupling or gearbox.

Vibration motors, cables, mounting bases and bolts should be checked every three months to ensure proper function and safety. Warning: Before any inspection, the power supply of the vibration motor must be cut off and warning signs must be given.

Designed for use on vibrating screens, vibrating feeders, hopper walls, and compaction tables. Available in single-phase and three-phase AC configurations with adjustable eccentric weights to tune vibration intensity.
